Background

As our office’s Administrative Assistant, Colleen is often the first point of contact for our clients and buyers looking for the perfect property. She answers incoming calls, responds to email inquiries, and keeps track of interactions in our CRM database.

Colleen provides vital support for marketing efforts as well. She assists realtors with special marketing mailings and generates the end-of-month property marketing reports that keep our clients informed of promotional activities, inquiries, and responses for their property.

Before joining our team, Colleen worked in telecommunications for a major phone company for 15 years, and was a co-owner and manager of a brick-and-mortar and online retail store for 19 years.

Colleen received her Associate’s Degree for Radiology Technician from Polk State College, and holds a Florida Real Estate License.
