Janak M. Amin serves as Co-President of Sunshine Bank. He has served in Director of Banking and Consultant capacities with Sunshine since 2015. Mr. Amin previously held the position of Market CEO for the Pennsylvania region for Susquehanna Bank. Mr. Amin has also served in various executive positions at other financial institutions since 1997 including Tower Bancorp, Graystone Tower Bank, Graystone Financial, Sovereign Bank and Waypoint Bank. Mr. Amin is a graduate of Liverpool University (U.K.) and obtained his MBA from Penn State. He has held board positons in community organizations such as Holy Spirit Hospital, Leukemia Society and been an active member of YPO.

John Bohde is the Director of the Land Development Division for the Polk County Board of County Commissioners’ Office of Planning & Development. John has worked for the Board of County Commissioners since 1999 except for a 2.5 year stint from 2005 – 2008 in the private sector working for a local real estate developer overseeing all government affairs and land development regulation. As the Land Development Division Director, John is responsible for administration of the Land Development Division, administering the Polk County Land Development Regulations, and other applicable growth-related County ordinances and state statutes, within unincorporated Polk County, and overseeing the development review processes for all development. John is a native of Polk County. He was born and raised in Bartow. Dr. Dean Bushey is an autonomous systems expert, industry leader, and Professor of Computer Science at Florida Polytechnic University. His research focus is the next generation of automation, sensor, and communication/network technology for autonomous systems and self-driving vehicles. He is currently shaping and molding the next generation of STEM leaders at Florida Polytechnic University. He has 28 years of academic, business, and military educational leadership experience as a computer scientist, educator, pilot, unmanned systems expert in both industry and as a Senior Officer in the US Air Force. He has led international collations in autonomous systems and project management. He has demonstrated expertise in advanced computer science concepts, instructional methodologies, systems engineering and integration, and technical analysis. He is also a Command Pilot, with over 4500 hours of aircraft command flight experience; including instructor pilot qualifications and experience in 6 different aircraft.

Steve Cohn joined Bank of America Merrill Lynch Commercial Real Estate Bank group in 1989 in the Tampa Bay area.
