Rick Rupp specializes in agricultural land, industrial acreage, recreational tracts, vacant land, warehouses, and commercial buildings.
He is an Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) conferred by the REALTORS® Land Institute, which is an affiliate organization of the National Association of REALTORS®. The accreditation is earned by professionals, who exhibit a proven track record and successfully complete a rigorous education program.
He has a strong background in the cattle ranching, land, commercial lease, and manufacturing industries, where he has been in the roles of owner and executive management. He currently is involved in management of a 4,500 acre working cattle ranch located near Lake Wales, Florida.
Rick obtained a bachelor of arts degree in Accounting from Goshen College in Goshen, IN and is a master of business administration degree candidate at Bowling Green State University, Bowling Green, OH. In addition, he has secured a State of Ohio School Treasurer’s License.
He is a member of the Lakeland Association of Realtors® (LAR), the Commercial Industrial Division (CID) of LAR, the Florida Association of Realtors® (FAR), the National Association of Realtors® (NAR), RLI (Realtors Land Institute) and the Florida Farm Bureau.
He participates in the KAIROS Prison Ministry and is a past Chairperson of the Polk Advisory Council of KAIROS Prison Ministry International. He is also a member of the Mennonite Economic Development Associates, which is a business-oriented development program that promotes lower income entrepreneurs in the developing world and North America by setting up the opportunity to acquire business capital through loans and grants.
