CBCSRD research analysts specialize in market analysis, site analysis, and competition analysis in order to create a Broker’s Price Opinion package that agents can present to interested buyers.
NiKeia Walker graduated from SUNY Stony Brook University in Stony Brook, NY where she received a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics in Statistics and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. In those four years she spent two summers as a calculus tutor in a program for incoming freshmen. Walker was also very active in student activities which included creating events for Weekend Life and aiding students in the process of creating clubs and organizations on campus.
Jordan Rothley is originally from Grand Rapids, Michigan. After gradating from high school he served in the United States Marine Corps. Spending time in various ministries, Jordan pursued ministry in foreign countries as a missionary. Jordan currently lives in Lakeland, Florida where he serves and attends Highland Park Church with his wife.
