Kyle Vreeland Listed and Sold Vacant Lot for $399,000

LAKELAND, FL, February 1, 2019— Kyle Vreeland Sales Associate, Director of Industrial & Corporate Real Estate at Coldwell Banker Commercial Saunders Ralston Dantzler Realty, listed and sold a vacant lot adjacent to the busy Chick-fil-A restaurant on S. Florida Ave. for $399,000.

Chick-fil-A purchased the .79 ± vacant to use for an expansion of its store at 4625 S. Florida Ave. The sale of the vacant lot took place on Wednesday, January 30, and the store closed for remodeling today.

“The remodel is scheduled to take five months and with a tentative grand opening tracking for this summer,” according to a statement released by Chick-fil-A. “Our community, guests and Team Members are truly the reason we have been so successful in a location we have simply outgrown.”

The sale has generated a great deal of community interest as did another of Vreeland’s recent projects, the sale of a former bowling alley on Memorial Ave. As the listing and selling agent, he was instrumental in developing the deal. The property will be converted to an ice sports venue with the involvement of the Tampa Bay Lightning.
